As Ethan outlined, he is the Administrator and there are currently no mods. He'd like to keep it that way, but that means we all have to act like adults. If we can't, than the executions begin.

ethan is the only one who should have any power, no voting in of mods, no random mods like the old board, he is capable of mediating and taking care of spam etc himself.
